We're happy to announce that Dr. B. Mohammed Hashim, HOD/ECE, has received a Rs 7,500 project fund from the Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology (TNSCST) (Student Project Scheme) (2024-2025) for the fourth consecutive year! His consistent success is evidence of his talent and dedication. We are proud of his achievements!

NIDHI PRAYAS Grant Awarded to Dr. B.A. Mohammed Hashim.

Dr. B.A. Mohammed Hashim, Associate Professor, Dean of Research and Innovation, Head of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, has received the NIDHI PRAYAS Grant of ₹5,00,000.

The funding is provided under the NIDHI PRAYAS scheme, which is supported by the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, to promote innovation and prototype development.

AIS3 - 2025 : 2nd International conference on Artificial Intelligent systems for sustainable solutions (AIS3 2025) in which will be conducted on the Date:16-04-2025

Career Guidance Program for +2 Students
(உயர்கல்வி வழிகாட்டி நிகழ்ச்சி)

Abdul Hakeem College of Engineering and Technology (CAHCET) organized a special career guidance session on 5th April 2025 at the college auditorium. The event featured Mr. Ashwin R, a renowned educationist and career guidance expert, and an alumnus of NIT Warangal, as the guest speaker. The session provided valuable insights to higher secondary students about academic and career planning, fostering informed decision-making for their futures .

A Technical poster presentation competition: A program conducted by Electronics and Communication Engineering department which will be conducted on the   Date: 22-03-2024

TRAINING AND PLACEMENT CELL – ACTIVITIES (2026)

  • An orientation session on placement training was conducted for the final-year students of CSE, IT, AIDS, ECE, and MCA branches by SMART Training, facilitated by Mr. Deepak Karri on 19.08.2025.

  • A campus drive was conducted by M/s QSpiders for the final-year students of CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, MECH, and MCA, facilitated by Ms. S. Deeksha (HR), on 20.08.2025. A total of 29 students were selected.

  • A program on employability skills was conducted for the final-year students of CSE, IT, AIDS, ECE, and MCA branches by Mr. Narayanan, Manager, Ethnos Consultancy Services, on 21.08.2025.

  • A training program on “How to Prepare for Interviews” was conducted for the final-year students of CSE, IT, AIDS, ECE, and MCA branches by SMART Training, facilitated by Mr. Deepak, on 19.08.2025.

  • A training program on “How to Prepare for Interviews” by M/s SMART Training Resources was scheduled for CSE, IT, AIDS, ECE, and MCA branches on 30.08.2025.

  • An online incubation drive was conducted by M/s Pentagon Space for the final-year students of all UG branches and MCA on 09.09.2025. A total of 9 students were selected.

  • A workshop on Agentic AI, aimed at equipping students with insights into the next generation of autonomous systems, was conducted for CSE, IT, AIDS, and MCA branches on 13.09.2025.

  • A campus online drive was conducted by M/s BG Enterprises at the college placement cell for 17 shortlisted final-year students from CSE, IT, and AIDS departments on 25.09.2025. A total of 3 students were selected.

  • A campus drive was conducted by M/s TCNOM Engineers for the final-year students of EEE. A total of 7 students were selected from the EEE department on 30.09.2025. A total of 7 students were selected.

  • A campus drive was conducted by M/s TVS Sundram Fasteners for the final-year students of ECE, EEE, and MECH on 08.10.2025.

  • A Infosys Insider Session was conducted by Ms. P. Keertha and Ms. V. Pooja for final-year women candidates of CSE, IT, ECE, EEE, and AIDS on 14.10.2025.

  • A campus drive was conducted by M/s Relevantz Technology Services for ex-final-year students of CSE, IT, and MCA on 23.10.2025. A total of 1 student was selected.

  • A campus drive was conducted by M/s C-Tech Engineering and Constructions for final-year students of AIDS, CIVIL, CSE, IT, and MCA on 24.10.2025. A total of 5 students were selected.

  • A pooled-campus drive was conducted by M/s Infosys Limited for final-year female students of CSE, IT, AIDS, and MCA (16.10.2025 & 17.10.2025) at VIT – Chennai on 05.11.2025. A total of 2 students were selected.

  • A pooled-campus drive was conducted by M/s Zoho Corporation for final-year students of CSE, IT, AIDS, ECE, and MCA on 12.11.2025 and 13.11.2025 at Annai Mira College. A total of 1 students were selected.

  • A virtual drive was conducted by M/s Intellipaat Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for final-year students of AIDS, CSE, IT, EEE, ECE, and MCA on 16.11.2025 & 17.11.2025. A total of 5 students were selected.

  • A campus recruitment drive will be conducted by M/s Cloud Supply Chain Solutions (CSCS) for final-year students of AIDS, CSE, IT, ECE, and MCA on 08.12.2025.
