Introduction

Right from the inception of our college, the management took initiative to set up the Training and Placement Cell with dedicated staff of the cadre of Professor level with all infra-structural support to fetch the employment opportunities to our passing out students.

As a first step, training programmes are provided by experts to cultivate the employability skills of our students covering all the aspects of the Employer expectations.

With the participation of External Soft-skill trainers, our students are enabled to face the on Campus and Off-campus interviews. Special attention is given to develop the communication skills and verbal & numerical aptitude. Workshops are conducted to fine-tune our students in a real time atmosphere.

We are successful in placing our students in Multi National Companies (MNCs), PSUs and other top ranking companies. Special attention is given for placing our students in overseas opportunities. Quite a number of our students got placed in most of the Middle East countries.

An In-house training group has been formulated with highly qualified faculty members to train all of our UG and PG students of Engineering as well as MBA & MCA.

Group Discussions, Interview Skills, Mock & Technical Interviews highlight the quality of our students to face interviews at various forums like Campus Interviews, Consortium Interviews, TamilNadu State Level Placement Programme (TNSLPP) and Common Pooled Interviews.

The Placement Cell keeps a keen track of all the students with a complete Database to contact students of any batch to convey the opportunities. Right from the passing out of the first batch in the year 2002, our students have been placed in the following high ranking companies. We collect the feedback from the employers directly about our students as well as the students' feedback about the companies.
